The Former Kage Tavern currently consists of 5 former kages which all happen to be Hokages. The Tavern consists of Shodaime Hokage, Nidaime Hokage, Yondaime Hokage, and Sandaime Hokage. When the map gets more heros there will be a possibilty of adding former kages from the other shinobi villages such as Yondaime Kazekage, Sandaime Kazekage, Nidaime Mizukage, Yondaime Mizukage (which will probably go into the Akatsuki Elite tavern), Sandaime Raikage, and Nidaime Tsuchikage.
